This model features a high-resolution camera that can switch automatically between color and monochrome modes. During the day it’s a color camera with 3-lux sensitivity. At night it’s a 0.2-lux monochrome camera. This feature allows you to use one CyberDome for both day and night surveillance and build your system with fewer domes and less cost. The Day-Nite incorporates an electronic control that reduces the shutter speed to take in 15 times more light and obtain usable images in extreme low-light conditions. The Day-Nite includes: 18X optical zoom/2X-4X, digital zoom, 470 TV lines of resolution, backlight compensation, 64 programmable presets, four camera tours including ShadowTour, and preset and area titling. |

The new Calibur eZ series multiplexers are designed for stand-alone applications that require a low-cost product that’s easy to install and operate. The eZ series multiplexers retain many key features of more sophisticated multiplexers but in a simpler, less expensive package. They offer video motion and activity detection along with live monitoring and multiscreen live and playback display. The units send full-resolution color pictures from up to 16 cameras to a VCR or digital recorder while displaying selected camera images in full-screen, sequencing, 4-up, 9-up or 16-up formats. The built-in AutoInstall feature automatically detects all connected cameras and their color or monochrome settings, and sets up sequencing and record lists for you. The Calibur Digital Video Multiplexer and Recorder (DVMR) combines all the functions of a digital video multiplexer and a leading-edge-technology digital video recorder in one unit. The Calibur DVMR improves playback image quality and eliminates the high failure rates normally associated with analog VCRs. And because it’s digital, you never have to clean tape heads or service motors. The Calibur DVMR displays live video from cameras in multiscreen, full-screen or sequencing full-screen mode. At the same time, it records high-resolution pictures from all cameras to its built-in 30, 80 or 160 gigabyte hard drive. Best of all, the Calibur DVMR is easy to use. If you can use a standard multiplexer and VCR, you can use the Calibur DVMR. The Calibur DVMR eliminates headaches and personnel costs associated with tape management.
